Return Policy for Fission and Bloom
At Fission and Bloom, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
Coffee Products: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns on coffee products unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you encounter an issue with your coffee order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Merchandise and Equipment: Unused merchandise or brewing equipment may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
How to Request a Return
Contact Us: Email our support team at sales@fissionandbloom.co.uk with your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and, if applicable, photos of the damaged or defective item.
Approval Process: Once your return request is reviewed, we will notify you if the return is approved. Approved returns will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon receipt.
Refunds
Coffee Products: Refunds for damaged or defective coffee products will be processed upon verification of the issue.
Merchandise and Equipment: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a replacement for a damaged or defective product, please follow the return process, and a replacement will be sent to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Coffee products (except in cases of damage or defect).
Gift cards.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
