Speciality coffee "Kelloo", 200 g whole beans

£8.00

The store is currently closed; resuming sales in mid to late April.

Origin: Ethiopian single-origin coffee

Processing Method: Washed, Natural

Flavour Notes: Stone fruits, dark sugar (chocolate and nutty as it is roasted darker)

Roast Level: Light, medium, or dark, depending on your selection

Best Brewing Methods: French Press, pour over

Kelloo: meaning "yellow." With a very light roast this coffee has a soft floral and delicate taste, with flavours of black tea, peach, and brown sugar.

Indulge in the vibrant flavours of Kelloo, our premium coffee crafted from the exquisite cherries of Uraga Robo Bodo, Guji, Ethiopia. Nestled on a serene hillside with optimal sunlight and crisp winds, these cherries thrive in red, fertile soil, enhancing their inherent qualities. The meticulous wet-fermentation process, followed by careful washing and grading, ensures that only the densest and finest beans make it into each batch. Once roasted, Kelloo reveals a symphony of yellow tropical fruits, floral notes, and a hint of peach and stone fruits—translating the rich essence of its origin into a cup that's both luxurious and invigorating. Experience the culmination of exceptional farming practices and masterful roasting with every sip.

Sold as 200 g whole beans. Upon receipt of the order, the beans will be roasted and posted for delivery. Please allow at least 24 h after roasting before consuming, to provide the beans time to rest and the flavours to “develop.”
